What does this involve?
A consultation with your Doctor and the Practice Nurse exploring:
- Current health concerns
- Previous medical issues
- Family health issues
- Lifestyle analysis
Targeted physical examination including:
- Measurements of weight, height, abdominal circumference
- Cardiovascular examination including blood pressure and heart rate
- Respiratory examination
- Abdominal examination
- Breast/prostrate exam examination
Blood tests:
Full blood count, kidney and liver profiles, cholesterol, triglycerides, thyroid hormone, diabetic check. Additional bloods may also be advised by your doctor dependent on symptoms.
Specialist tests:
- ECG (resting heart trace)
- Free smear test (will be scheduled if required)
How long does it take?
Approximately 1 hour
Follow up:
Following the consultation your doctor will assess all of your results, along with your consultation details, and physical examination. You will be sent a personalised report providing individualised recommendation 2 weeks later.

Executive Well Woman
What does this involve?
A consultation with your Doctor and the Practice Nurse exploring:
- Current health concerns
- Previous medical issues
- Family health issues
- Lifestyle analysis
Comprehensive physical examination including:
- Measurements of weight, height, abdominal circumference
- Cardiovascular examination including blood pressure and heart rate
- Respiratory examination
- Abdominal examination
- Neurological examination
- Ear nose and throat examination
- Breast/prostrate exam examination
- Joint and musculoskeletal examination
- Thyroid and lymph glands
Detailed blood tests:
Full blood count, iron levels, B12 levels, kidney and liver profiles, cholesterol, triglycerides, thyroid hormone, diabetic check and if indicated, prostate blood test/menopause test. Additional bloods may also be advised by your doctor dependent on symptoms.
Specialist tests:
- ECG (resting heart trace)
- Spirometry (specialised breathing tests)
- Urine analysis, stool analysis (if required)
- Audiology (hearing test, if required)
- Free smear test (will be scheduled if required)
- Vision check
